All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@7ohmitdistro.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review each case individually and, at our discretion, may offer a replacement or store credit.

We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to carrier error or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
